These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gourmet Gamble iOS application (“the App”), operated by Alion Tech Studios Inc.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old to use the App
• Be 21 years or older to access any alcohol-related content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Alcohol Content Disclaimer

The App includes content related to alcoholic beverages. This content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

We do not encourage excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol. Users are responsible for complying with local alcohol laws.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Gourmet Gamble may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and consumable in-app purchases.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

All purchases and subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple’s App Store platform.

5. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of Gourmet Gamble is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

6. Advertising

The App may display advertisements through third-party services such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software within the App are the property of Alion Tech Studios Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Abuse or harass other users

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alion Tech Studios Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
